"To Dear Dr. Golden and Family, As you know I was totally freaked out by the thought of going to a dentist, not to mention actually having work done. I knew that I would have a tooth extracted and that was all I had planned on doing. After my check up I found out that my mouth was a mess and needed a good tidy up. In the past I would have not listened to any advice due to the fear and pain. I would not have had my tooth extracted and then changed country so that you could not find me. "So picture this ... I'm in my kitchen, speaking with a friend of approximately 40 yrs ... We went to school together from 8th grade through 12th and then were room-mates our first year of college. He's saying that he just got back from the dentist. Then he proceeds to tell me how great his dentist is and that I really should try this dentist office because it's the greatest. I explained to him that "I think my dentist is pretty darn good too and I wouldn't switch". He says no ... you gotta try this place ... they even give me a foot massage when I'm there.

I chuckled and asked him how long he had been seeing Dr. Golden ... he was shocked!
